SILVERSTEIN X ONE REPUBLIC "APOLOGIZE (COVER)"
when i first heard the "apologize" tune (or in other words: the remix) on the album of timberland, i really loved it and also the original version from one republic was a great song. but THEN it came up as a single-release and you had to listen to it everywhere. you know this, when you like a song, but then you have to listen to it one million times a day although you don't want it? luckily this is a few months ago, so that i can give this song another try to stay in my fav-list...now one of my favorite bands of all times, silverstein, did a coverversion of this song for "punk goes pop 2". dunno if i really like such things: if you check out the myspace-page, you'll listen to a cover of "wonderwall" which really sucks. but on the other hand, the cover-version of "umbrella" is quite catchy and really good and the silverstein cover is great, too... decide for yourself if it's a must.
